We began wondering what came before antepenultimate.
Yes there's ultimate, the last.
Then penultimate, the last but one.
And antepenultimate, last but two.
We reckoned it was preantepenultimate for last but three.
Then we guessed the last but four must be propreantepenultimate... and it seems to be the case! No more have been identified, but that's probably enough.
Lastly, that's all for today, as we begin taking down the Christmas decorations...
